Planner

Ensure systems (e.g. SAP) operational integrity – ensure data captured meets required standards and coordinate maintenance activities
Assist with the execution of an effective planned maintenance program at the business unit
Assist in achieving acceptable levels of equipment (availability, reliability, safety, and product quality) at acceptable costs
Reporting potential bottlenecks to ensure reliable equipment performance
Prepare, prioritize, and distribute maintenance job cards
Ensure that only approved policies and procedures are used in Maintenance plans
Prepare and supply information for the planning and scheduling function conducted by the Maintenance Coordinators
Monitor compliance with the scheduled maintenance for equipment to agreed standards
Prepare KPI reports that aid in the analysis of productivity and labour utilization
Management of operations in the control room
Conduct quality audits of maintenance feedback information, maintenance schedules and reports to ensure alignment and reliability
