In this role you will be responsible to:

• Accountability to manage and plan for the development & provision of mining work practices, structures, and services, which will contribute to the overall safety, health, and sustained profitability of the Operational Area.
• Establish operational standards aligned with current best practices and positioning for future capability advancement.
• Drive production optimization through reliable processes and minimal operational disruptions.

 

About you:

• Grade 12
• Valid Blasting certificate for scheduled mines
• Mine Overseer Certificate for scheduled mines
• Basic computer literacy
• At least five years mining experience at a metalliferous mine in a Supervisory position
