Clerk (Data Capture) HRD

In this role you will be responsible for:
•    The incumbent will report to the Business Partner (HRD) SDF and be responsible for all functions relating to the position Clerk (Data Capture) within the HRD Department, including other tasks related to the operational skills development and reporting which includes accurate creation of training attendance records from registers, internal and external events on the SAP system as well as sufficient employee qualification maintenance
•    Compliance with the company’s HSEC system is essential
•    Ensuring implementation of management decisions, legal requirements, and the company standards/policies

  About you:
•    Grade 12
•    Minimum of one (1) year experience in data capturing
•    Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite)
•    SAP HRD experience
•    ISO 9001:2015 understanding is required
•    MQA i-Share system knowledge would be advantageous 
•    Proficient in English written language
•    Medical fitness
•    Good interpersonal skills and ability to function independently
