Manager (Administration and Finance)

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for translating financial information into business plans and proposals, as well as playing a monitor function of current unit performance
• Managing selected services for the Business Unit in terms of IT, Material Management, and Employee Bonuses
• The services all have financial implications and therefore an in-depth appreciation of finance is required for this role
• Operating within legislative and Group policies directing the administrative standards used by the Group.
• Managing of managers; manages a discipline within a business entity or operation; translating strategy into operational plans and coordinating implementation thereof - which affects the business entity or the operation; reports directly into General Management Level

About you:

• Financial related degree (NQF Level 7)
• At least ten (10) years’ related experience
• At least five (5) years’ managerial experience
• Advanced SAP knowledge
• Competent in mine financial systems and related legislation
• Working knowledge of the best utilization/business application of management information systems, enabling technology and information systems
• Working knowledge of management and financial accounting best practices
• Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations
