Business Partner (HR) Snr

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Contribute to establishing, leading, and maintaining well – functioning HR department that renders quality services which includes but is not limited to HR administration, Employee Relations, and Employee Benefits
• Handle employee relations matter and represent the company at CCMA
• Ensure implementation and compliance of management decisions, legal requirements, and company standards/ policies with specific reference to the primary function of a Senior Business Partner (HR)
• Ensure Adherence to and effective implementation of HR strategies and company policies and procedures

About you:

• NQF7 qualification in Human Resource Management, Law or Industrial Psychology
• Minimum of (5) years’ experience in Human Resources Management of which 3 years must be in a supervisory capacity in a mining or plant environment
• Well-knowledgeable on HR related legislation
• Computer Literacy (MS Office) and report writing
• Experience in MS Office, SAP time and SAP Human Resources
• Extensive payroll and employee benefits experience
• Extensive experience in dealing and working in a multi – union environment
