In this role you will be responsible for:

  • The incumbent will be responsible for all functions relating to the position Business Partner (HR) the role’s purpose is to establish and maintain a well-functioning HR department that renders quality service to management and employees
  • Support through implementation, supervision and maintenance of various HR Functions and processes
  • Adherence to South Africa’s transformation agenda by ensuring the achievements as per mining targets
  • Ensuring implementation and compliance of management decisions, legal requirements, and company standards/policies with specific reference to the primary functions of a Business Partner (HR)
  • Company Representation at CCMA during Conciliations and Arbitration process
  • Ensuring payroll documentation is processed accurately and authorized on time on terms of the Company policy
  • Coordinating benefit functions efficiently – death claims, disability claims, injury on duty claims, retirements, funeral claims, and withdrawals

About you:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management (NQF 7), Law or Industrial Psychology or related
  • At least three (5) years’ experience in an HR Generalist position
  • Well-knowledgeable of relevant legislation
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
