In this role you will be responsible for:

 

• Supervise the correct loading of raw materials to production and sinter bins
• Ensure incoming raw materials are weighed, received and off-loaded to the correct stockpiles
• Ensure the production and sinter bins are full
• Maintain stockpile management as required
• Conducting PTO’s, safety interaction and inspections.
• Creating stockpile batch on MES
• Complying to all relevant procedures, works instructions and risk assessments

 

About you:

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Computer literate for the role including MES knowledge/SAP4hana & SCADA.
• Have knowledge and experience of the raw materials environment.
• 2 years’ experience in a Ferrochrome Raw Material environment with a sound knowledge of receiving, identification, loading, weighing and sampling.
• Good communication skills and supervisory skills would be advantageous.
