Join us in the breathtaking Elk Valley of British Columbia. Here you will find outdoor adventure at your fingertips. Working a compressed work week with alternating Fridays off, come experience what work life balance is all about!

In this role you will:

  • Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies

  • Drive structured stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization

  • Coordinate high-level training schedules aligned with deployment timelines and workforce availability

  • Collaborate with functional and reporting leads to define and align roles, responsibilities, and reporting requirements

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance operational readiness plan

  • Validate readiness across processes, roles, reporting structures, and support models prior to go-live

  • Identify adoption and execution risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Monitor readiness and user adoption during go-live and hypercare phases

  • Reinforce adherence to standardized processes and ensure operational discipline

  • Provide clear reporting on gaps, risks, and corrective actions to stabilize operations

  • Partner with maintenance business leads, functional consultants, reporting teams, and training leads to ensure alignment across change, process, and system design

  • Take ownership of outcomes including user adoption, process compliance, and operational stability post go-live

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in leading change initiatives or implementations or large-scale transformations, including operational readiness, maintenance operations, ERP, or other cross‑functional stakeholder engagements.

  • Experience leading change initiatives in ERP implementations or large-scale transformations

  • Strong understanding of maintenance operations and business processes

  • Proven experience in operational readiness planning and execution

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, IT, reporting, and training

  • Demonstrated ability to drive user adoption and process compliance in transformation environments

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
