About the role: 

Reporting to the Manager, People Systems, the Analyst, HRIS plays a key role in optimizing and evolving our SAP SuccessFactors environment to improve HR processes, data quality, and employee experience. We are seeking a talented and experienced HRIS Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Benefits modules. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our HR processes and systems, ultimately driving organizational efficiency and employee engagement. 

To be successful, we are looking for someone with effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

This role is based in downtown Vancouver. We offer a compressed work week with alternating Fridays off to support work-life balance.

In this role you will:

  • Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
  • Maintain and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, including security and reporting
  • Ensure data integrity through audits and proactive system monitoring
  • Troubleshoot system and data issues, partnering with IT, vendors, and end users
  • Develop reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors and Power BI
  • Identify opportunities to leverage HR systems to solve business process challenges
  • Document HRIS processes and develop training materials for end users
  • Support semi-annual releases, including testing and implementation
  • Provide HR systems expertise and support change initiatives across corporate and site HR team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Computer Science or similar
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 4+ years in HRIS (configuration, reporting, testing, training)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Benefits modules (required)
  • SuccessFactors certification (preferred)
  • Experience with Employee Central (EC), ECP Payroll, SharePoint, or DevOps (an asset)
  • Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, macros)
  • Ability to handle confidential and personal information to ensure compliance with PIPA, PIPEDA, and other regional privacy laws
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent 
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
