In this role, you will:

Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Conduct daily operations of fluidized bed reactors, ballasted sand clarifiers, moving bed biofilm reactors and continuous backwashed upflow sand filters
Conduct daily sample collection and make appropriate adjustments to the process reagents based on lab results
Operate dewatering equipment - plate and frame filter press
Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business
Providing support on various projects as needed

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a post-secondary diploma in Water Treatment, or Sciences
Strong mechanical understanding of process equipment
Strong digital literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite®; especially Excel
Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
Previous experience with Programmable Logic Controllers and Human Machine Interface systems is considered an asset
