In this role you will be responsible for:

 

  • Administer all Human Resources Development (HRD) activities and training processes.
  • Capture, update and maintain employee and contractor training records on SAP.
  • Create and manage SAP catalogue requests for training events, qualifications and competencies.
  • Coordinate training bookings, venue arrangements, attendance registers and training logistics.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy training records and employee training files.
  • Monitor training documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and ISO audit readiness.
  • Process purchase requisitions and orders for training-related goods and services.
  • Provide reception, telephone and general administrative support to the HRD Department.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of employee information and training records.

 

About you:

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4).
  • Certificate in OD-ETDP, Office Administration or related field will be advantageous.
  • Computer literate (MS Office and SAP)
  • 2-3 Years’ experience in similar environment
