We are looking for motivated, experienced or semi-skilled operators to join our mining team.

About you:
- Committed to safety and the professional operation of heavy machinery.
- Able to reliably work 12-hour day and night shifts on a FIFO 2/2 roster (ex Darwin).
- Physically able and comfortable working in a remote and physically demanding environment.
- Consideration will be given to candidates who have experience operating civil heavy vehicles or other professional drivers.
- Experience operating heavy vehicles or civil machinery; mining experience with 789, 793, or CAT 785 trucks is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team focus.
- Respectful and able to positively contribute to MRM’s culture.
- Hold a current driver’s licence.
