About the role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Personal Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the leadership team. This position requires a highly organised, proactive and confident professional who enjoys managing competing priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships and providing exceptional executive support. You will be a trusted advisor, coordinator and communicator, helping to create an environment where leaders and teams can perform at their best.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the General Manager, including diary, travel and meeting management.
  • Act as a key point of contact, building positive and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate reports, presentations, correspondence and business documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage confidential information with integrity, discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the planning and delivery of meetings, workshops, events and leadership activities.
  • Anticipate business needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and team effectiveness.


Required Experience

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience supporting senior leaders within a fast-paced corporate, industrial or operational environment. You will be recognised for your exceptional organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and talent for building trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation. A collaborative approach, strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism are essential, along with the confidence to work independently and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential matters.


Qualifications Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Certificate-level qualification in Business Administration, Executive Support or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
