About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Lead, Maintenance Excellence the Supervisor, Mobile Maintenance is responsible for all maintenance activities at multiple EVR operations. This position combines the responsibilities for all contractor trades, schedule execution, mine plan dates, project costs, continuous improvement, to ensure company standards are maintained. The position follows a 7x7 schedule rotation of day shifts.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills who can connect with personnel at all levels of our organization and specific vendors we partner with. This person has strong leadership skills, is passionate about continuous improvement, and can empower all relevant teams to accomplish Asset Delivery & Mine Plan objectives. The successful individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction and work well collaborating with all teams. Most importantly, someone who has strong problem solving and decision-making abilities that is passionate about technology will be vital in this role.

In this role you will:
- Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
- Direct the execution of equipment builds as well as mid-life rebuilds to ensure all durations are completed as planned and scheduled to meet mine plan dates
- Oversee quality maintenance and assembly of mine equipment to sustain benchmark availability and reliability for production
- Manage daily and weekly work schedules to ensure work is complete on time and on budget through usage of Short Interval Controls with all stakeholders involved in the assembly and rebuild work to meet Asset delivery compliance
- Supervise contractor employees, improving work performance, efficiency, through pre and post project performance evaluations
- Follow-up on all current projects and assist all tradesmen with troubleshooting as required
- Assist with the development of the Asset Delivery schedule
- Assist in sourcing and requisitioning maintenance supplies, equipment, and services within budgeted guidelines
Requirements:
- Trade certification, technical diploma, or degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in mobile maintenance and maintenance reliability in an industrial environment
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Strong digital literacy and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite®
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
