Main objectives of the position

 

Reporting directly to the System Information Superintendent, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analyst is the functional expert of reference for ERP solutions related to purchasing and procurement processes. He/she contributes to optimizing organizational effectiveness by:

Analysing business needs,

Defining and deploying adapted SAP MM technical solutions,

Ensuring systems meet operational requirements.

 

Minimum qualification

 

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent (equivalent work experience may be accepted).

 

Required Experience

 

Minimum 3 years of SAP MM (Procurement) support.

Participation in at least one SAP MM implementation or migration.

Very good command of SAP MM (Materials Management).

Mastery of business process best practices.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes:

Strategic and operational procurement

Category and Vendor Management

Key Responsibilities

 

Configure and optimize SAP MM for purchasing/procurement cycles.

Provide 2nd and 3rd level support on SAP MM and handle incidents.

Manage operations on Coupa (sourcing, contracts) and Winshuttle (data creation, review, validation).

Update and maintain functional documentation (manuals, procedures, business rules).

Design, execute and validate test scenarios (unitary, integration, security).

Define and adjust user roles and permissions.

Propose and implement business process improvements.

Write training materials and lead user workshops.

To be the link between the business lines and the technical teams for troubleshooting.
