A vacancy exists for two Trainee Raisebore Drillers in the Fill and Services department at George Fisher Mine.
In this position you will gain competencies in setting up and learning the operation of Mount Isa Mines owned Raiseboring equipment and will be required to perform a range of duties associated with Raiseboring operations.
The Operation
The Mount Isa Copper and Zinc streams are integrated across the entire supply chain, from resource identification and development to production and distribution of copper, zinc and lead to customers across the world.

The Role

To be a successful applicant you must have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in underground mining operations
- Drilling offsiding experience
- Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
- Good understanding of maths and sound mechanical knowledge
- Previous experience in the raiseboring industry would be considered beneficial
