The Role 
This position will have you be a valued team member of Isa Surface Operations Department. Responsible for data entry of products being moved around the lease as recorded by Isa Surface Fleet. Assist to drive a safety culture within the ISO department and lease wide will see you be responsible for administration support within the Surface Fleet Operations team. This is a residential role in Mount Isa, working a 5/2, 4/3 (9 day fortnight) 4 on 4 off Day shift only (12hr day) roster. This position reports directly to the Superintendent – Isa Surface Fleet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for but not limited to capturing movements of Bulk Products around the lease and providing accurate data entry
  • Demonstrated proactive participation in Safe Start and safe work systems
  • Support of department KPIs (work management, business plan, asset management plan
  • Utilise work management process to ensure planning, timely execution and recording of all bulk product movements, equipment and labour hours
  • Hold self accountable for the quality and quantity of works completed
  • Active participation and Leadership in site processes (BSafe, safety observations through planned task observations, safety Interaction, workplace inspections, change management, etc.) and process improvements
  • Process accounts journal weekly and monthly meeting deadlines
  • Maintain intranet product movement and water truck load intranet sheets through “SharePoint”
  • Ensure accuracy when scanning and saving documents
  • Assisting area administration with onboarding new starters; assisting in organising CICO lockers, clothing orders and/or department lockers 
  • Supporting ISO planner and lead scheduler with daily tasks, back log and/or coverage
  • Assisting ISO department with queries/tasks. i.e. Admin, supervisors, scheduler, planner, trainer assessor, superintendents etc
  • Assisting customers with tonnage/ movement queries
You will have the following skillset and attributes:
  • Open manual drivers licence
  • Strong understanding of Isa Surface Fleet operations, products, and workflows
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative roles in an operational environment
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data handling
  • Competency in microsoft office and site systems (SAP, intranet tools, reporting platforms)
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks under time constraints
  • Strong communication skills across operational and administrative teams
  • Understanding of safety systems and risk management processes
  • Ability to work autonomously and contribute to team outcomes
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to respond to operational queries efficiently
