  • Monitoring upcoming work and communicating scheduled activities and design requirements to other departments for the rolling 4-week window.
  • Assisting the Senior Mining Engineer with updating Management Plans, Procedures, Guidelines, Trigger Action Response Plans (TARPs) and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) to reflect current systems, methods and best practices.
  • Providing training, guidance, and mentoring to new starters, Cadets, and Graduates to build technical capability and support their development.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work, and solid time management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic production environment.
