We are seeking experienced Boilermakers (with welding qualifications) to join the Structural Remediation Crew within the Surface Engineering – Structural Projects team at Mount Isa Mines. You’ll be part of an in-house team delivering structural remediation and capital works projects across the site. Residential position working a 7/7 day shift roster.

- Execute structural and mechanical remediation works across surface plant areas
- Perform safe and high-quality fabrication, installation, and repair of steel and mechanical infrastructure
- Contribute to shutdowns, project delivery, and rapid response to emergent defects
- Maintain accurate QA documentation and adhere to site safety systems
- Work closely with engineers and supervisors to support efficient project execution
- Trade qualification in fabrication
- Demonstrated experience in heavy industry, mining, or construction
- Welding qualifications highly regarded
- Safety-first mindset and ability to work in a team-based environment
- Willingness to contribute to a multi-skilled crew across a variety of structural scopes
