Far from a routine recruitment role, this position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of specialized hiring mandates while gaining hands-on exposure to broader HR activities within a lean and collaborative team.

The role in a nutshell

In this position, you will manage a varied portfolio of recruitment mandates covering a broad spectrum of positions, from highly specialized technical roles to professional, corporate and site-based employees.

Working closely with HR, hiring managers, and external partners, you will help attract and secure the right people for teams operating in a unique environment where flexibility, responsiveness, and effective collaboration are essential.

While recruitment will remain at the heart of your responsibilities, this role will also provide the opportunity to support the HR Business Partner with various coordination activities and HR initiatives, offering valuable exposure to broader human resources practices.

This role is well suited for a recruitment professional who enjoys variety, values strong partnerships and is comfortable navigating changing priorities while keeping recruitment processes moving efficiently.

More specifically, you will:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from job requisition creation through to candidate offer presentation;
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define hiring profiles and support the development of job descriptions;
  • Support recruitment for a diverse range of positions across technical, operational, professional and administrative functions within the Legacy Assets group;
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, direct search, networking, agencies, universities and other talent pipelines;
  • Maintain and effectively manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely progression of recruitment mandates;
  • Ensure the accuracy of recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System and contribute to the monitoring of key recruitment indicators;
  • Support hiring managers with interview preparation and candidate assessment against objective job requirements;
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners that contribute to talent attraction efforts;
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs and other talent acquisition activities in collaboration with the broader Talent Acquisition team;
  • Contribute to HR and Talent Acquisition projects such as diversity initiatives, early career programs and continuous improvement efforts;
  • Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with applicable legislation, company policies and internal HR standards.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally supporting a broad range of technical, professional and operational roles;
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment practices, from sourcing and screening through to offer preparation;
  • Ability to manage several recruitment mandates simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality of service;
  • Clear and effective communicator who works well with others and focuses on client needs;
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle shifting priorities and evolving business requirements;
  • Comfortable working autonomously while following established processes and guidelines;
  • Proficiency with common IT applications, including Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems;
  • Positive attitude, flexibility and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
